End-to-end service and strategy design across healthcare, finance, infrastructure, and the public sector.
The methods and practices I bring to every engagement.
I'm an innovation and strategy leader helping organizations turn complexity into clarity and ideas into action, spanning industries but always grounded in a deep understanding of user needs.
Trained as an engineer and shaped by years of human-centered design practice at IDEO, I combine analytical rigor with empathy. Across 100+ projects, I've helped organizations embed design thinking, build internal innovation capabilities, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
I work as a player–coach: contributing directly to the work while guiding teams and facilitating alignment at every level. I'm also the Director of the Segal Design Certificate at Northwestern University, where I lead interdisciplinary design education and teach project-based courses.

I'm open to service design roles and consulting engagements. Get in touch to start a conversation.
